What happens at the first session?
We will discuss what has brought you to therapy at this time. I will ask a range of questions to better understand your needs. We will also discuss how I work. Together we will decide if I am the best person to work with you. Please do get in touch.
How much does it cost?
£55 per session (I offer a discount for trainees)
How long is a session?
Sessions last 50 minutes and are on a weekly basis at an agreed day and time.
Is your room accessible?
My room is on the ground floor with easy access.
Where are you based?
My therapy room is on Anson Road, Shepshed LE12 9LB. If you have a car, you may park on the driveway or on the road opposite (Paradise Close). It is accessible by bus, the nearest bus stop is The Meadows, about a 10 minute walk away. I also work online.
Looking for Supervision?
I offer supervision to qualified therapists whilst completing my Diploma in Supervision at The Sherwood Institute (SPTI). I also offer Pastoral Supervision and am a member of APSE and work for IPCS on their diploma course. Please contact me for further information.
